Description

This 2‑core brake cable is specified for Siemens SINAMICS V90 servo motors to deliver brake control signals from drive to motor. The motor end is fitted with a 2‑pin threaded M20‑style circular connector (threaded locking) that provides IP67 protection when properly mated; the field end is supplied as stripped, tinned conductors ready for termination to PLCs, terminal blocks or safety relays. Cable construction uses 2 × 0.75 mm² multi‑strand tinned copper conductors (24 × 0.20 mm), an overall tinned‑copper braid (≥80% coverage) for EMI mitigation and a flexible PVC jacket.

The cable is intended for machine tools, robotics, packaging, material‑handling and other motion‑control systems where reliable brake actuation and compact routing are required. Installation notes: IP67 applies only when the connector is correctly mated and tightened; unmated housings may only meet IP20.
