Description

This 50‑core I/O cable is specified for SINAMICS V90 drives to carry encoder pulses, digital inputs/outputs and analog references between drive and control equipment. The drive end features a molded 50‑pin rectangular connector compatible with MDR/M‑50 style sockets; the field end is delivered as individual stranded conductors with pre‑crimped ferrules for straightforward connection to PLCs, terminal blocks or junctions. 

This cable uses multi‑strand tinned copper conductors, an overall tinned braid with internal bundling for signal integrity and a flexible PVC jacket suitable for typical industrial routing. Intended for motion control, CNC, robotics and packaging systems, the cable reduces wiring time and improves EMC immunity when the braid is correctly terminated. Installation notes: drive connectors are generally IP20 when mated; terminate shield to chassis/PE at cabinet end for best EMI performance.
