Description

This OM4 breakout features an MM MTP/MPO on one side and multiple LC/UPC duplex legs on the other, enabling QSFP+/QSFP28 SR4 ports to split into 4× SFP+/SFP28 SR links. Built on OM4 fiber (EMB ≥4700 MHz·km @850 nm) with a 3.0 mm round trunk and 2.0 mm labeled legs in PVC (OFNR) or LSZH jackets, color Aqua or Erika violet. Ships per TIA‑568.3‑D Type‑B breakout polarity. Each assembly is interferometer‑checked and IL/RL tested with reports and polarity/fiber maps.
