Farsince AOC (Active Optical Cable) integrates fiber and transceiver silicon to deliver lightweight, EMI-immune links with simplified installation. AOC is ideal where copper loss or congestion becomes limiting. We support 100G/200G/400G/800G today and align with 1.6T roadmaps across QSFP-DD and OSFP ecosystems, plus legacy SFP/QSFP where migration is staged.
Design priorities include stable optical budget, low power, tighter bend radius, and consistent performance across temperature. Assemblies are qualified for eye-safety, IL/RL and system-level BER, with jacket options for data-hall routing and identification. For dense accelerator trays and long top-of-rack runs, AOC reduces cable bulk, improves airflow, and simplifies dressing compared with discrete transceiver + patch fiber.
We provide active extenders, copper-to-optical adapters, and custom EEPROM coding for multi-vendor environments. Options include ultra-slim jackets, lock-latch variants, labeling to match port maps, and trunked/harnessed AOC for repeated bay patterns. Farsince AOC accelerates 400G→800G upgrades and positions operators for 1.6T without re-architecting rack real estate.
