Description

This assembly is a Gen5 PCI Express riser that routes a full x16 link from the motherboard to a remote socket for graphics cards, compute accelerators, NICs, capture cards or other PCIe add‑ins. A gold‑finger x16 card plugs into the host slot, while the opposite end provides a shielded x16 female connector with retention latch. The 180‑degree left‑left orientation follows the board notch alignment to enable straightforward inline routing in dense chassis. The braided harness is engineered for PCIe 5.0 signaling at up to 32 GT/s per lane, delivering roughly 64 GB/s per direction on x16, and remains backward compatible with PCIe Gen4/Gen3 devices.

Farsince employs tightly controlled high‑speed twinax conductors with overall foil and braid to suppress crosstalk and EMI. The mesh sleeve improves abrasion resistance and airflow, and reinforced connector PCBs maintain mechanical stability under frequent service. Installation is plug‑and‑play: route the cable with a gentle bend radius, avoid sharp folds, seat the GPU in the remote socket and secure with screws. We support OEM customization for length, orientation, sleeving and labeling to meet project BOM and SI requirements.
