The design routes 16 differential lanes plus reference clock and sideband signals per the SFF-TA-1016 definition, enabling high x integrity PCIe links in dense server and storage systems where board-to-board spacing is constrained.
Built on low-loss twinax pairs with 85-ohm differential impedance and pull-tab latching, the cable supports PCIe Gen4/Gen5 data rates over the specified length with controlled skew and robust EMI performance. It is compatible with platforms adopting the MCIO 16x interface and is suited for clean, serviceable chassis routing.
