Description

This is a straight M12 A‑Code 5‑pin male to open wires cable. The M12 A‑code male mates to standard 5‑pin A‑code female ports; the opposite end is delivered as five open conductors prepared for stripped, tinned or ferruled termination to terminal blocks, harnesses or device inputs. It targets IO‑Link, discrete and analog I/O, sensors and actuators, short inline extensions and cabinet routing where a straight connector simplifies alignment with mating ports.

Constructed with 5 × 0.34 mm² stranded copper conductors and HDPE insulation, the cable provides a compact 5.4 ± 0.3 mm O.D. and a minimum bend radius of 7.5 × D for reliable field routing. The cable features a black outer jacket in either ​cost-effective PVC for fixed runs or oil- and flex-resistant PUR for dynamic applications, both maintaining an IP67 seal when mated. Unshielded by default with a braided/tinned copper shield option, the product follows standard 5‑pin pin‑out conventions.
