Bulk Cable Production Process

Raw cable and wire production from copper processing to jacketed cable extrusion

Wire Drawing
High-purity copper rods are drawn through precision dies to reduce diameter and achieve the required conductor gauge with controlled mechanical properties.
Annealing
Heat treatment process that softens drawn copper wire to improve flexibility, ductility, and conductivity for optimal electrical performance.
Tin Plating
Apply tin coating to copper conductors to enhance corrosion resistance, improve solderability, and prevent oxidation during long-term use.
Stranding
Multiple wire strands are twisted together to form a single conductor, increasing flexibility while maintaining conductivity and current capacity.
Twisting
Insulated conductors are twisted in pairs with precise lay length to minimize crosstalk and maintain signal integrity in data transmission.
Braiding
Apply woven copper or tinned copper braid over the cable core to provide EMI/RFI shielding and mechanical protection.
Extrusion
Insulation or jacket material (PVC/LSZH/PE) is extruded over conductors or cable cores under controlled temperature and pressure to ensure uniform thickness.
Rolling & Packing
