Description
This is a straight 7/8" A‑Code 4‑pin male to open wires cable. The 7/8" A‑Code threaded male mates to standard 7/8" female ports; the opposite end is delivered as four open conductors prepared for field termination (stripped/tinned/ferruled). Designed for sensors, actuators, valves and industrial I/O where a secure threaded connection and field wiring are required.
Constructed with 4 × 1.5 mm² (42 × 0.10 mm) stranded copper conductors with PP insulation, the assembly has a nominal cable O.D. of 7.80 ± 0.40 mm. Outer jacket is PVC (standard) or PUR (optional) for improved oil/abrasion resistance and flex life. Mated and tightened (7/8" UNF thread, recommended torque 1.5 Nm) the connector achieves IP67. Default unshielded; shielding options available for EMI‑sensitive applications.
