Farsince 400G QSFP112 SR4 is a parallel multimode optical transceiver that maps a 4‑lane 400GAUI‑4 electrical interface to four 100G‑PAM4 optical lanes at 850 nm. The module uses a single MPO‑12/APC connector. It is intended for high‑density 400G connections in leaf/spine fabrics, GPU or storage nodes, and in‑row cross‑connects where deterministic latency and simple cabling are required. Optical interoperability is maintained with other 400GBASE‑SR4 optics in QSFP‑DD or OSFP form factors across the fiber link.
Built with VCSEL/PIN optics and DSP‑based clock/data recovery, the transceiver provides stable performance with DOM monitoring, CMIS management and FEC support while keeping power below 9 W. Hot‑pluggable QSFP112 mechanics simplify serviceability and migration from 200G where two‑lane operation may be used with appropriate cabling. Farsince offers platform coding for mainstream switches and adapters, matched MPO trunk assemblies, project‑level testing and custom labeling to streamline deployment at scale.
