This 1000V UL 4703 PV solar cable is designed for harsh, long‑term outdoor service, pairing fine‑stranded tinned copper conductors with a cross‑linked polyolefin/XLPE insulation system that withstands sustained UV exposure, thermal cycling, moisture, and direct burial.

Optimized for photovoltaic DC circuits, the construction delivers low DC resistance to reduce string losses while maintaining flexibility for rooftop and ground‑mount routing, with cold‑bend performance down to −40°C and a recommended minimum bend radius of at least six times the cable OD. Sunlight‑resistant and flame tested (VW‑1, typical), the cable integrates seamlessly into NEC 690‑compliant designs for module interconnects, homeruns to combiners, and inverter inputs, supporting dependable operation at 90°C in wet locations and up to 105°C dry.

Available in 18 through 10 AWG with UV‑stabilized black as standard and red/custom colors on request, it ships on long reels for rapid deployment and fewer field splices in residential, commercial, and utility PV projects.
