Description

This KNX-EIB building control cable integrates a solid 2×0.8mm (0.50mm²) bare-copper data pair insulated in polyethylene for stable, low-capacitance signaling, wrapped with polyester tape and protected by an overall aluminum foil screen that exceeds 110% coverage and a tinned-copper drain wire to ensure robust EMC performance and straightforward shield termination.

The green LSZH outer sheath (5.5 ±0.3 mm OD, 1.20 mm nominal thickness) minimizes smoke and halogen emissions to support occupant safety and regulatory compliance, while the 300 V rating, 4 kV/1 min dielectric test, and wide −20°C to +70°C operating window deliver reliability across lighting, blind/shutter control, HVAC, and security subsystems. With a 55 mm minimum installation bend radius, >200 MΩ·M insulation resistance, and <38.5 Ω/km conductor resistance, it installs cleanly in conduits and risers and maintains long-term KNX bus performance in commercial and public buildings.
