Description

This Cat5e SF/UTP RJ45-to-M12 D‑code assembly provides a screened, mechanically robust link between standard RJ45 Ethernet equipment and M12 D‑code Ethernet ports commonly found on industrial devices. The cable uses 4×22 AWG stranded conductors with overall foil + braid screening, a RJ45 plug at one end and a screw-locking M12 D‑code 4‑pin male/female connector at the field end.

Designed for industrial automation, this cable reduces EMI ingress to sensors, cameras, and field switches while delivering stable 1 Gbps performance. The M12 D‑code connector provides secure, vibration-resistant locking and IP67-level sealing when mated. Farsince can tailor cable length, jacket compound and connector gender to meet Profinet, EtherNet/IP or custom fieldbus requirements.
