Description

This screened Cat5e (SF/UTP) RJ45-to-RJ45 cable pairs an overall foil + braid screening with four unshielded twisted pairs to deliver stable 1 Gbps (100 MHz) Ethernet in electrically noisy environments. The cable uses 4×22 AWG stranded conductors and rugged RJ45 plugs with gold/nickel plating and an integrated strain-relief boot, providing reliable mating in conveyors, robots, and machine-level networks.

Engineered for continuous flex and repeated bend cycles, the assembly reduces insertion loss and EMI susceptibility compared with generic patch cords. Typical applications are robotic arms, machine vision and industrial switches where stable Gigabit links and improved mechanical life are required. Farsince supports custom lengths, jacket compounds, and connector pinouts for Profinet or other fieldbus deployments.
