Shielded metal RJ45 plugs feature 50‑microinch gold‑plated contacts and snagless boots for durability and low contact resistance. A red/black braided sleeve over PVC/LSZH enhances abrasion resistance and flexibility. GHMT‑verified and Fluke DSX‑8000 tested to Cat8.1 Class I channel (typical 30 m channel, 24 m permanent link).
