Description

This cable is an outdoor Category 5e F/UTP figure‑8 design that integrates a galvanized steel messenger with a shielded four‑pair LAN core under a UV‑resistant PE jacket. The data core uses solid copper conductors with an overall aluminum‑foil shield and drain wire to control external noise in aerial corridors. It supports 10/100/1000BASE‑T links up to the standard 100 m channel and is suitable for PoE/PoE+ devices such as outdoor IP cameras, wireless access points and point‑to‑point radios. The messenger carries the mechanical load for self‑supporting spans, eliminating separate lashing wire and simplifying attachments to poles, façades and brackets.
