Farsince 800G QSFP‑DD Active Electrical Cable is a shielded twinax assembly with retimer/equalization at both ends. Each connector presents a hot‑pluggable QSFP‑DD interface carrying the 800GAUI‑8 electrical map over eight PAM4 lanes (≈106.25G per lane). It is designed for short‑reach 800G Ethernet inside data halls, linking 800G spine/leaf switches, AI accelerator nodes and high‑density servers where predictable latency and quick installation are required.
Compared with passive DACs, the AEC design preserves signal integrity and enables tighter routing with a 36.5 mm minimum bend radius. A durable braided sleeve resists abrasion and supports neat dressing in congested cabinets. The cable is interoperable with QSFP‑DD MSA mechanics, IEEE 802.3ck electrical specifications and CMIS 5.0 management. Farsince provides platform coding, alternative lengths and labeling, with lot‑level test reports to support volume deployment.
