Description

Farsince 400G OSFP SR4 flat-top transceiver is a parallel multimode module that converts a 4‑lane 100G PAM4 electrical interface (400GAUI‑4) to optics at 850 nm. The unit presents a single MPO‑12/APC connector and delivers an aggregate 400 Gbps over four optical channels. It is suited to dense switch fabrics, GPU/accelerator nodes and HCA adapters where predictable latency, simple cabling and compact thermal profiles are essential.

Built with VCSEL/PIN optics and a low‑power DSP, the module provides DOM/diagnostics, built‑in CDR and FEC for stable operation. The flat‑top form factor eases integration in air or liquid‑cooled systems, while hot‑plug OSFP mechanics allow fast serviceability. Each transceiver is qualified to OSFP MSA and IEEE 802.3ck electrical requirements. Farsince supports platform coding for mainstream adapters, polarity guidance, and matched MPO trunk assemblies, with options for custom labeling, acceptance reports and rollout logistics.
