Farsince 200G QSFP56 to 2×QSFP56 AOC is a factory‑terminated multimode fiber harness integrating one QSFP56 optical end on the host side and two QSFP56 optical ends on the device side. The assembly carries four 50‑Gb/s PAM4 lanes at 850 nm and maps them as two groups of 2×50G, creating two separate 100G links from a single 200G port. It plugs directly into QSFP56 cages on switches, servers or storage, enabling high‑density breakout from spine or aggregation ports to two TOR switches or NICs without separate transceivers and patch cords. Standard reach covers short‑range data‑center and HPC interconnects.
The lightweight optical construction simplifies routing and eliminates EMI concerns typical of copper fan‑outs. Hot‑pluggable QSFP56 connectors with pull‑tab latches ease service in dense chassis. Power consumption is below 4.5 W per complete cable from a 3.3 V supply. Monitoring and control follow CMIS 5.0 with I2C diagnostics per SFF‑8636. Farsince offers project‑matched lengths, leg labeling/serialization and kitting to streamline rollout and maintenance.
