    Description

    Farsince 200G QSFP56 SR4 is a hot‑pluggable optical transceiver for short‑reach 200‑Gigabit Ethernet in high‑density data centers. Operating at 850 nm on OM3/OM4 multimode fiber, it features an MPO‑12/MTP receptacle and transmits four parallel optical lanes using 50G PAM4 for 200G aggregate bandwidth. Typical reach is 70 m on OM3 and 100 m on OM4 with standard 8‑fiber polarity‑managed cabling. It fits QSFP56 ports on switches, routers and server NICs, making it suitable for leaf‑spine links, TOR aggregation and HPC or storage clusters that require low‑latency parallel optics.


    A VCSEL/PIN optical engine with integrated CDR maintains signal integrity while keeping power consumption to ≤3.3 W. Digital diagnostics via CMIS provide real‑time monitoring to support operations and field maintenance. The compact form factor enables hot‑swap installation and straightforward routing with MTP patch cords. Farsince provides platform coding for major OEM equipment, project labeling, acceptance testing and matched MPO cabling options to streamline rollout and long‑term sparing.
